Sangiovese is een Italiaanse, blauwe druivensoort. De Sangiovese wordt vooral aangeplant in Toscane, Emilia-Romagna, Marche en Umbrië. Buiten Italië is de Sangiovese ook te vinden in Argentinië, Californië, Zwitserland, Malta, Turkijë, Zuid-Afrika en Israël.
